Milestone Outputs​

The milestone outputs for Project Close-out are:

  • Final close-out report
  • Final close-out video
  • Maintenance of Open DJED and user support for the 12th month after proposal start.

Acceptance Criteria​

To consider this milestone completed:

  • Final close-out report is publicly available
  • Final close-out report includes two extra sections: 1. Covering mitigation of USD-denominated budget shortfalls due to unexpected ADA price volatility 2. Covering successful navigation of unforeseen technical challenges, DJED protocol changes or Cardano hardforks and the activation of the Contingency & Volatility Buffer; Additionally the report will include a short description & justification of whether or not the contingency buffer was significantly used or not and why
  • Final close-out video is publicly available
  • The close-out report and video comply with the formats and standards set by Project Catalyst
  • For the period spanning the 12th month after proposal start:
    • Public up-time dashboard shows >= 99% availability
    • Minimal service interruptions take place
    • GitHub issues tagged as "bug" are triaged within 48 hours and resolved in subsequent releases
    • The user support channels on the Artifi community Discord are actively monitored and response times are under 24 hours for critical inquiries
